Location Information

Corvera (RMU) is the nearest airport approximately 20 minutes’ drive away. Alicante Airport (ALC) is approximately 40 minutes drive away.

The local village of Tercia is a 10-minute drive away, there you will find three Bars and a Supermarket.

You could take a 10 -minute drive to Balsicas where there are Banks, Supermarkets, Bar/Restaurants, Bakery and Pharmacy together with other small outlets.

Balsicas has a railway station providing services to Cartegena and Murcia City.

Dos Mares shopping centre in San Javier is approximately 25 minutes away this has a Cinema, Gym, Supermarket, Hairdresser and many other retail stores and a great seletion of eateries on the second floor.

The ever-popular beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor are also approximately 25 minutes away.
